Returns
- If you have Received Defective Products:
PlumbingGoods.com must be notified of defective products within 14 days of receipt. The defective product should be returned immediately and will be accepted and replaced with a new item. PlumbingGoods.com will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement. If you choose to return the product and not to receive a new one, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- If you have Received Incorrect Products:
It is rare that PlumbingGoods.com sends out the wrong products, as we double check every order. However, if you receive an incorrect order, you must notify PlumbingGoods.com within five days of delivery and return the incorrect product. Upon receipt of this product, PlumbingGoods.com will send out the correct item, and pay for the shipping cost. After five days a 20% restocking fee will be charged and we will not pay for shipping.
- If you have Ordered the Wrong Products:
If you have ordered the wrong product you must notify PlumbingGoods.com within 5 days of receipt in order to be eligible for return. The customer will pay all shipping charges associated with the return. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to these returns. All items returned must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different item, you must notify PlumbingGoods.com within 5 days of receipt in order to be eligible for the return. The customer will place a separate order for replacement parts and pay all shipping charges associated with the exchange. You will not be charged 20% restocking fee for the items returned. All items returned must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
All Other Returns:
All returns that don't fit into one of these categories are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of the product. These returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. After 30 days returns & re-stocking fees will be determined at PlumbingGoods.com's discretion.
Cancellations
PlumbingGoods.com must be notified of all cancellations via phone. If PlumbingGoods.com is notified of a cancellation prior to an item shipping there will be no restocking fee. However, after an item ships there will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer must pay for all shipping associated with this return.
